Morley-Brown joins Phil Andrews at Inside Agency

mattThe Inside Agency, the business launched by former Partners Andrews Aldridge chief Phil Andrews, has recruited ex-AIS creative director Matt Morley-Brown to join its ranks.
Morely-Brown, who was Steve Stretton’s creative partner for nearly 14 years at AIS (now Field Day), will work for The Inside Agency as well as the consultancy he co-founded in 2014, TM Creativity.
Morley-Brown helped run the creative department with Stretton, picking up numerous industry awards – including D&AD, Cannes Lions, Caples, DMA, and Campaign Direct – for the likes of Skoda, O2, and EDF.
The Inside Agency was set up last year to supply bespoke agency teams that sit either in-house at our clients’ premises or in our hub to provide a managed full service agency.
It creates and tailors teams, which function like an agency but sit on site at either the client’s or local premises working alongside the marketing department. They work like any other external marketing communications agency with teams that are made up of account handlers, creative teams, planners, designers and production facilities.
According to the agency’s website: “Our teams get to know our clients’ business much better and therefore can anticipate and understand your requirements making sure that campaigns are delivered right first time.”
Andrews worked at EHS and Tomahawk Communications before joining forces with Steve Aldridge to launch Partners. The agency was eventually sold to Engine in 2008 and Andrews became chief operating officer at Engine before leaving in 2011.
As well as leading The Inside Agency, Andrews now holds non-exec roles at Pimento, Datasentiment, Hangar Seven and Film Tree Entertainment.
